A pejorative term used to refer to a quizmaster, who had been to a foreign country at some point in their lives, and spends the rest of his life boasting about it, and forcing organisers to deliver very long introductory speeches, where all the details of his activities in the said foreign country are explained in painful detail, to the horror and boredom of participants.

This term is also used to refer to quizmasters who deduct marks in the prelims if the teams make minor spelling errors.
